Chuck Arnold  found his passion in coaching early in life with being named Dean of a prestigious Bay Shore Basketball Camp in Michigan, USA at the age of 18. He became the Head basketball coach of Mt. Pleasant Christian Academy High School in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan at the age of 19.

After graduating university, Chuck moved to Houston, Texas USA where he coached at the 6A High School level for 10 years. While coaching in Texas, he started a basketball coaching program in Banda Aceh, Indonesia and found his desire to start coaching in Southeast Asia.

In 2013 he and his family moved to Penang, Malaysia where he became the head coach at Dalat International School. He also started World Hoops basketball company that started running basketball camps and academies all over Southeast Asia.

Since then, Chuck has helped many players develop in Southeast Asia to reach goals as university and professional players. He has won the Penang U20 state championship, and has won many local and international tournaments with his teams. World Hoops is a preferred company with FIBA 3×3 and World Hoops has brought the first ever International 3×3 tour to Penang, Malaysia.

Chuck is the Author of 2 books- “Basketball and Spiritual Growth,” and “The Pyramid of Success Basketball Devotional.”

Today, Chuck has continued to be a leader in 3X3 basketball having traveled the world as a 3×3 coach and consultant for National teams such as Brazil, Dominican Republic, and Mongolia. Chuck is also now the assistant coach for the USA men’s 3×3 team that is working hard towards qualifying for the Olympics.

5:30pm-5:50pm- Introduction of coaches and FIBA 3X3

5:50pm- 6pm- Practice habits- go over drill format, the what, why, and how

6pm- 6:20pm-  DPS training- individual skills

6:20- 6:30- TEACH- Coach teaches actions, spacing, and movement

6:30- 6:45pm- 1v0 actions- cuts- front cut, b-d cut, curl cut, flare cut. 2v0- repeat cuts

6:45pm- 7:05- TEACH- demonstrate a game and go through rules of 3X3.

7:05-7:25- 3X3 Scrimmage game

7:25- 7:30- closing comments
